Do You Need More Time To File Your Taxes?

Submit your information and I'll send you a Form 4868 to complete. Once you return the form, a Jackson Hewitt representative will contact you to collect payment and electronically file your extension for you.

How It Works

  • Submit your information

  • Receive Form 4868 by email

  • Complete and return the form

  • Jackson Hewitt contacts you for payment

  • Your extension is filed electronically

You can also mail this form in yourself. Just be sure to mail by April 15th. Be sure to take it directly to a clerk at the post office and ask for a manual, hand-stamped postmark. Postmarking procedures with the USPS have changed significantly and impact how mail is dated for deadlines
